*Locate and collate microfiche records from lists supplied by email and spreadsheet.
*Ensure accurate copying of Device History Records from paper or microfiche to electronic PDF files.
*Review electronic PDF file for reference to other related documents.
*Attach PDF copies of related documents to the Device History Record PDF file.
*Accurately file the microfiche records.
*Track work status by the use of spreadsheets.
*Ensure timely completion of work.
*Assist the Quality Department with general administration duties as directed by the Quality Operations Manager or delegates,.
*To operate within the company's standard operating procedures where applicable.
*Maintain a good level of housekeeping in designated areas, and observe all Health and Safety at work requirements.
Experience
Skills and Abilities (Can Do Criteria):
*Experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
*Experience of working with data inputting to a high level of accuracy.
*Must be PC literate
Personal Traits (Will Do Criteria):
*Well developed organisational skills, with ability to work on own initiative.
*Good communication skills
*Ability to deal with flexible workload and type is essential
*Self-motivated and self-disciplined, must be able to work unsupervised and equally well as part of a team.
