FP&A Analyst (12 month FTC)
£51k + 6% bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a nationally recognised, market leading company are looking to source a bright and highly motivated Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop at a highly reputable company based in Chiswick. This highly visible role reports into the FP&A manager.

Responsibilities of the role:
-Review historical results to improve understanding of area performance and challenge financial information, ensuring integrity of internal and external reporting
-Actively involved in month-end meetings and challenge market analysts and business partners on numbers to ensure accuracy of reporting
-Communicate key information in a timely manner to FP&A manager
-Create credible business partnerships with key stakeholders, including group FP&A to improve communication and cross-functional working across the business
-Assist in the roll-out of TM1 to ensure effective and time-efficient planning and reporting
-Work closely with pricing teams and retail business partners to accurately plan and forecast short, medium and long term budget plans
-Provide support to FP&A manager with ad hoc analysis and presentations

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with good A-level results and a 2:1 degree or above
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
-Experience working in a multi-site business
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills and have a strategical mind set
-Strong Excel modelling skills
-Presentation skills and confidence in building relationships to business partner across the company and with senior management
