Commercial fiance team - manage a high performing team


Working the commercial division of one of the largest NHS Trust in the UK.

This role manages the operational finance team and management information processes for the directorate. There are 7 direct reports into this role. The key deliverables are: -

Management Information: The team are seen as a leader in MI in the Trust and want to continue expanding this offer that is currently provided to a number of other directorates and portfolio of companies as well as their own directorate

Planning and forecasting processes - month end processes - AP/AR function for the directorate

Process mapping for internal requirements as well as transformation needs across wider organisation

Deputising me on major projects and other engagements with senior decision makers

The team is very ambitious, hard working and fast learning. They deliver a lot in a very busy environment and need a leader who will coach them to develop further in their roles. You will be a strong people manager and enjoy that aspect of your role. However, you must be flexible and be able to work with senior personnel across the organisation representing the department.
