Management Accountant

Macildowie Finance is recruiting a Management Accountant position for a Nottingham based SME within the services industry. The position will see you reporting directly into the head of finance and taking responsibility for Management Information, cash flow, implementation of controls and business partnering.

If you want to become a an integral part of a small business and have a real effect on business operation through solid reporting, commercial direction and business partnering then this could be the role for you.

The position is paying £35-40k plus competitive package.

Duties Include:
- Completion of monthly Management Information pack for 13 divisions
- Assistance with forecast and budgeting
- Preparation of cash-flow forecasts
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Support with Audit
- Responsibility for Tax returns
- Other Ad-Hoc duties as required

You will have experience in a similar role and be newly qualified or studying towards a formal accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA). You will be analytically minded and have an intermediate grasp of Excel. You will be a highly communicative individual and be happy to discuss finance issues with senior stake-holders within the business.
