Industry leading business service provider backed by a prominent private equity house is eyeing exit within the next two years. They need an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead from within this well performing company, ensuring recent growth is consolidated and the business is prepared for the transaction.

In order to be successful in this position, you must be ready to partner closely with the existing management, and have experience taking a private equity backed businesses through a sale as this is the major long term objective. Due to the nature of the industry, the company deals with a high volume of transactions every period; experience optimizing a finance function in a similar field is a prerequisite. While the company is in a strong position, you must be prepared to ensure all systems, processes, and controls are functioning reliably and accurately reflecting the volume of contracts billed.

If you have taken a business through an exit, and have had demonstrable success in a highly leveraged and high volume environment, your application is keenly sought. This company is going through significant change at a rapid pace, and the outlook is positive. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) seeking to grow professionally and add value as you deliver the desired results.
