Tech Chief Financial Officer (PE backed)

Innovative and ever-changing technology business is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and PE backers to achieve their ambitious buy and build growth, and eventual sale. Our client is a leader within the market and is looking for a CFO who can assist in their continuing development, ensuring the talented finance team continues to support the business's operations.

The business has a strong commercial outlook and priorities include quality of service and management, with a focus on aggressive M&A growth and constant improvement. Expertise in acquisitions and integrations will be vital as the company intends to embark on a buy and build strategy. In order to prepare the business for the projected sale, you will be tasked with improving existing processes, systems and controls, managing cashflow, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful CFO will be a qualified accountant who has previously managed a high performing finance team within a fast moving buy and build environment. Our client will only consider candidates with previous experience of growing a PE backed or highly leveraged business and maintains the ability to engage and influence all levels of management with cogent advice.
