PE backed Group Chief Financial Officer

Private equity backed B2B services company based in the South West requires committed Chief Financial Officer to spearhead exit and further development. The business has gone through a period of significant growth, and the successful candidate's first job will to be ensure the seamless integration and accurate reporting of all acquisitions. Ultimately you will partner with the CEO and private equity backers to take the business to the next stages, through and beyond an exit.

The role will be demanding - you should be able to demonstrate significant growth in previous roles, and a strong track record in a highly leveraged/private equity environment. Willingness to engage in board level discussion is crucial as you will represent the finance function at that level and to the private equity house supporting the business. Be prepared to keep pace with a constantly changing environment and determined leadership team.

While operational experience is valued, you will be relied upon to ensure the finance function is finely tuned in support of long term objectives - this will include the careful management of balance sheets, cashflow, and capex spending. Experience in these areas will be especially valuable. For the purposes of this role, an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) is strongly preferred.
