Part Time | Tax Accountant

Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Tax Accountant to either work on a full time or part time basis. This client offers excellent exposure and career progression across the business and has a flexible working approach to cater to external work pressures.

Working closely with the Tax Manager you will be offering support with tax compliance, reporting and forecasting. Your responsibilities will include:-

• Preparation of annual tax computations and returns for a number of UK entities for timely submission to HMRC.
• Drafting technical analysis and correspondence to support communications with HMRC.
• Preparation of tax provisions and tax notes to be included in annual group accounts, and assisting with queries from group auditors.
• Preparation of monthly and half yearly group tax provisioning.

Ideally you will be:

• Qualified/Part qualified (ATT/CTA) tax professional adept at researching and reaching sound judgements on tax technical areas.
• Ability to understand, distil and apply sound tax judgement to difficult commercial transactions and arrangements. With strong benefits, this will provide an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking:
