Audit Manager

I am working with a Sussex based Firm of Accountants who are looking to appoint an Audit Manager to join their large and busy audit team in Gatwick/Redhill. They are looking for a strong experience portfolio manager to support a wide range of diverse The role will involve you acting as a client manager for a diverse range of clients, as well as providing support to partners and the team. You will responsible for a large international client base of up to nearly a half a million fee base.

Your role will be to manage and motivate the audit team, dealing with all staffing issues including planning, reviewing workloads, training and development and, planning of jobs and managing work delivery and budgets.
You will be responsible for reviewing audit files, liaising with clients with regard to complex issues, queries, ad-hoc projects etc.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality and professional service and will support the Partner in developing and winning new business through networking and cross selling new business and expanding on the service delivery for existing clients.

You will be an experienced and established accounting professional with a full accounting qualification, strong academic background and experience to match. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are key.
