Finance Business Partner will be working closely alongside various non-finance stakeholders to ensure that they achieve their strategic and commercial goals.

Finance Business Partner role will be responsible for driving profitability, identifying risks and providing robust commercial decision support to the Property and Operational directors and their teams.
Furthermore, the role will support ad hoc project work for new market initiatives or new product areas.

The Finance Business Partner must be accountancy qualified 0-2 Years PQE and have strong critical thinking and analytical skills within retail, leisure or an FMCG environment. The ability to build rapport with colleagues is critical because the role will involve developing relationships with both finance and non-finance personnel.
