Part Qualified Financial Accountant with Study Support

Our client is looking to recruit a part qualified Accountant to join the head office finance team. The role will report the Finance Manager and also work closely with the Financial Controller in this diverse role that offers excellent scope to develop. Responsibilities will include: ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the balance sheet, management of fixed assets, control of capital expenditure, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reporting, monthly VAT returns and intrastat data, analysis of costs supporting the corporation tax computation ad hoc project work with the Financial Controller.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an active studier to qualify and develop within the company. The role has been created due to an internal promotion and steady company growth coupled with a culture of developing staff will ensure future progression for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will be part qualified ACCA or CIMA, with relevant financial or management accounting experience and strong spreadsheet and systems skills.
