This FMCG company is looking for a financial accountant to provide support to the Finance Controller from day to day financial issues impacting the business to the month end financial reporting process.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of intercompany royalty agreements
- Collating Revenue and Royalty information from across the markets.
- Posting of accruals and raising invoices.
- Preparing month end accruals journals and schedules.
- Month end and budget financial reporting to Group using Hyperion HFM.
- Monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Liaising with Head of Tax to ensure all aspects of VAT return compiled on a quarterly basis.
- Liaising with external auditors.
- Preparation of reports and analysis.
The ideal candidate for this role must have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- SAP FI & CO knowledge
- Good Excel modelling skills
- Hyperion HFM
- Prior experience gained within a finance environment.
- Technical Accounting.
- FMCG background is an advantage.
