Finance Business Partner

A leading media company is seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner/Senior Analyst to own all finance activities related to revenue. The successful candidate will bring 3 to 4 years post qualified experience to the table and will have the potential and the desire to step up into an FD role in 2 to 3 years

The role needs a commercially minded person to provide analytical and decision making support to the senior management and trading teams.

 Further responsibilities include:

• Preparing reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with the commercial teams responsible for the above
• Analysis of new business cases that have a revenue component and ensuring appropriate approval
• Review of investment decisions
• Ensuring an appropriate control environment

The ideal candidate for this role must have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 3 to 4 years PQE
• University Degree, 1^st preferred,2:1 minimum
• Experience in a commercial environment – must demonstrate stability & continuity in CV
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Hands on experience in managing tax and cash flow as well as completing accounting month end and year end processes.
• Strong team player
• Genuine interest and previous experience in leadership
