My Client, a successful retailer based in Central London, are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their small finance team on a part time basis permanently.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for the complete accounts receivable function. This will include responsibility for 3 multi-currency ledgers, processing and allocating cash receipts, debt collection and credit checking of new customers.
This role will be for 5 days a week working set hours of 10am - 2pm and you will need to have proven credit control experience working for a small company.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Aged Debtors Reports - ensure that all receipts are allocated, query any credit balances, etc
- Report on credit control, status of overdue accounts etc.
- Prepare Bad Debt provision and write off schedules
- Liaise with customer services & sales for credit notes being raised
- Check and adjust credit limits periodically or as necessary
- Ad hoc sales reports
- Month end aged debtors reporting and reconciliations
