SAP - Payroll Specialist

I'm working with a pan European business based in Weybridge who are looking for some interim support in the Payroll team.

The role requires a SAP proficient Payroll Specialist to slot in to the team and deal with:

• Handle Tax Year End processing, pre-filing reconciliation of P35 and associated documentation, Provision of P60's and P11d's.
• Respond to and resolve routine and non-routine payroll queries.
• Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports for internal departments, pension providers, benefit providers and other external parties.
• Reconcile and prepare payments and information for HMRC, pension providers, benefit providers etc.
• Assist with the upkeep of SAP

This role would suit an immediately available payroll specialist who has operated at Manager level and has supported a business at a time of change. You do not need to have ran change projects but we will need to be excellent at managing business as usual in an in-house payroll position.

You will oversee Payroll processes and all compliance issues. You must be able to use SAP as this is their in-house syste, you will need to have confidence to run with any tasks that are passed to you.

• Solid experience of running UK Payroll, UK payroll legislation and all UK Payroll returns.
• You must have the ability to solve practical problems at speed
