Our client, a leading Kent based international business is looking to recruit a Commercial Accountant. Reporting to the Director of FP&A and part of a sizeable finance function, this individual will play a key role in the decision making process, partnering with senior management to review the performance and profitability of the business. Additional accountabilities will include:
Candidates will be formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and possess outstanding analytical and commercial finance experience, with the ability to business partner with senior management and wider teams across a business. Proven add value ability, working with large sets of data will also be key, along with advanced Excel skills. Candidates who qualified in practice before moving into industry will be viewed favourably although this is not a pre requisite.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, energetic and ambitious finance professional, to join a market leading business that can offer long term career prospects and development.

- Business performance analysis
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Identifying trends in performance and undertaking financial modelling
- Preparing the monthly KPI pack, to include board level analysis
- Working on business cases for potential mergers & acquisitions
- Ad-hoc project based work
