Interim Finance Director

The Opportunity

An online accommodation platform business is seeking an interim Finance Director to help the business post deal to set up a private equity standard finance function in line with the PE houses requirements and then gap managing whilst a permanent FD is identified for the business.

The Role

As part of the senior team, you will be expected to lead, develop and manage overhauling reporting and set up of internal controls and processes. This is an exciting time to join the business as you will be actively involved in improving the businesses forecasting capability, as well as management information. You will lead on the commercial decision making process on improvements to the business partnering capability, in additional to assisting with the hire of the permanent FD whilst also growing the team.

The Requirements

We are looking for a highly driven finance professional that is hands on can hit the ground running. Industry experience is preferable, but not essential, however, will have ideally worked on similar projects post-deal. This is a fantastic role that will allow you to put your stamp on setting up a finance function from scratch within a newly PE backed business. The duration for this role is 3-6 months with room for extension.
