Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for the position of Finance Analyst to join a market leading, rapidly expanding organisation in Coventry paying £30k - £35k + Study Support Main duties of the role will include but not be limited to: Control of Plant Direct Margin Costs: Control all direct margin costs at part level.Change Control: Review and approval of BOM and standard costs changes. Develop reporting systems to communicate impact of changesStandard Costs: Set up and maintain standard costing for existing parts. Develop reporting systems to communicate financial margins at part, commodity and vehicle levelMonthly forecasting: Support Plant Controller during monthly forecasting process.P&L responsibility: Full responsibility for specific P&L lines.Month End procedures: Journal preparation, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis during close. Balance Sheet reconciliationCorporate reporting: Complete monthly direct margin report for monthly management information pack including commentary. Support Plant Controller on other reports required for monthly management pack. The successful candidate will be: Part qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA Demonstrable Accounting Experience working in Manufacturing with experience of standard costing systems Confident with strong Interpersonal, influencing and communication skills Hands-on approach Highly flexible and adaptable with the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team and to work on their own initiative when required High standard of Excel skills
