Credit Manager/Team Leader

I am recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Team Leader/Credit Control Manager to join a successful and expanding business based in Cheshire. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play an integral part in supporting management in decision-making to ensure future stability, growth and profitability of the company.

Duties:

• Managing and developing the performance of a team in credit control
• Maintaining and resolving business performance standards
• Advising on credit management
• Ensure compliance to meet legal and audit requirements
• Support Finance Director with ad-hoc tasks
• Oversee customer accounts and payment collections
• Manage and resolve escalations
• Analyse assessments of clients/customers from credit team
• Conduct meetings and visits across the business

Experience:

• Relevant Credit Control experience
• Team Leader Experience preferred
