A company based in Wolverhampton seek to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. This is a complex and demanding role for someone who has a proven track record in forming excellent multi disciplinary relationships, that provides the opportunity for the right individual to progress.
Duties will include:
- Build and maintain relationships with key financial staff across the whole of the business to ensure key issues are fully understood
- Manage monthly consolidation process for the business group whilst engaging with business to provide full transparency of results
- Leading budgeting and forecasting process within the business group to ensure compliance with business and Plc requirements
- Manage the cash forecasting and consolidation process
- Supporting the business group Finance Director in driving performance improvement and profitability enhancing strategies
The ideal candidate will require:
- Professional Qualification (ACA/ACMA/ACCA)
- Strong commercial background
- Operational financial management skills
- Experience in a PLC company working in a fast paced challenging environment
