Hays are currently working in partnership with one of the globes largest property services businesses in order to assist them in the recruitment of an experienced property credit controller.

This company provide their clients with a global end-to-end service in property, facilities management, project/building consultancy, asset management and investment. The main purpose of this vacancy is to work within their credit team to ensure their receivables are correctly stated in the appropriate records and are paid on time with receipts correctly attributed and recorded.

Typical responsibilities will include being responsible for the credit control function for various property portfolios and key accounts (covering circa 1300 tenants/ £15m ledger value), to use various collection methods such as phone and email, agree payment plans, resolve complex queries, accurate posting/ allocation and the reconciliation of debtor accounts to agree balances with tenants for collection or refund.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced credit controller with a minimum of 2 years experience to join a fast paced and progressive company.
