Kennedy Pearce are recruiting a Commercial Analyst for a high-growth leisure company. This fantastic opportunity has arisen with a business who has been experiencing significant growth year on year. They are a large multi-site business with over 100 stores and are looking to further expand. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and ownership of reliable financial models
- Alongside the commercial team, create performance management reporting that illuminates the key drivers of product profitability & value creation
- Engage the business in partnership meetings as well as potential negotiations with the Commercial team as appropriate
- Enhance new business performance, bringing forth new ideas and innovation
- Establish strong stakeholder management and get buy in from the business
- Work with the business on 5 year plans
- Active involvement in business appraisals
- Maintain a broad awareness of market conditions and activity in the broader financial services sector
- Ad-hoc business initiatives, commercial thinking and analytical support
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified Accountant
- Strong commercial skills, with experience working in an FP&A function
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Strong presentation skills - to senior stakeholders and Exco
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work towards competing deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong report writing skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
