Costing Analyst

Role Responsibilities will include:

• Be the facilitator of the product development process.
• Chair and oversee all costing sign off meetings ensuring all products are costed accurately and to the required margin targets for the business.
• Support the project manager in liaising with all departments to ensure required information for product costings.
• Maintain version control of all costing outputs throughout the development cycle, working closely with manufacturing sites to ensure manufacturing costs are accurate.
• Review of costings of each new product.
• Perform benchmarking of costs against other products.
• Develop and Review of standard costs.
• Actively develop new ways to improve the current costing process and communicate to the wider audience.

Skillset required:

• Degree educated
• Previous costing experience is essential
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified would be beneficial
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
