Hays are delighted to be working with this well established SME, to recruit a Finance Manager, where you will be managing a small finance team, reporting into the Finance Director.

Your new role
As Finance Manager you will be directly responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of the various management financial reports and to ensure the accurate maintenance of the company's financial and administration records through financial controls, systems and processes. You will seek ways to improve the current processes, drive efficiency and assist in growing the business. This is a hands on Finance role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a professional accounting qualification, but qualified by experience will also be considered. You will have experience of staff management and an ability to deal equally as well with finance and non-finance colleagues. You will need to be flexible and hands on, as part of the SME culture.

What you'll get in return
