Finance Business Partner

The Role

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently partnering a well know services organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner to be based at their Group Head Office near Wimbledon.

• Dedicated Finance Business Partner to particular business unit/division. Will be the key finance point person for a senior business leader. Expected to build strong effective relationships and integrate into management teams as finance lead.
• Will be the key bridge between the business unit/division and central finance - understanding of performance, leading on budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide effective commercial and financial insight to drive change and support the delivery of key performance targets.
• Provide robust commercial and financial challenge to senior stakeholders to support optimum decision making. Requires integrity and strength of mind to remain independent and impartial, acting in the interests of the Group.
• Help drive the creation of effective MI reporting for decision making purposes.
• Expected to travel within the UK as required to support senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Qualified accountant - CIMA / ACA / ACCA etc. Would suit a newly qualified up to small number of years PQE.
• Experience of Commercial Finance / FP&A - specifically business partnering, budgeting & forecasting, development of MI reporting for decision making purposes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to quickly and effectively understand business models and needs.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.

It would be preferred that the successful individual has Finance systems experience within Essbase / Hyperion, SAP, Oracle etc

Based at the Finance and IT centre for this well known services business in Mitcham, Surrey.

£45k to £55k + Benefits
