UK Finance Manager

Investigo are currently seeking an immediately available UK Finance Manager for a well-established business based in Hertfordshire. This role will suit a Qualified or QBE Finance Manager from an SME business.

Duties -

Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records for the trade activity in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.

Communicating closely with regional finance and Country Business Leaders, ensuring timely, accurate and complete feed of the chart of accounts.

The jobholder will ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are performed and reviewed on a timely basis.

Reviewing sales contracts and terms and conditions to ensure that revenue recognition criteria are met and reviewing purchase contracts to ensure that liabilities are properly accounted for.

Ensuring that statutory financial statements and all other statutory filings are completed in line with local deadlines.

Preparing and submitting returns to competent authorities in a timely and professional manner including VAT Returns.

Acting as the interface for internal and external audits and driving simplification and efficiency of financial processes.

Providing support to the AP process as required, including managing the purchase orders for professional services.

Working with Finance Managers and sales team for equipment and consumable bundled business case development using the approved sales models.
