Financial Accountant required for a 1 year fixed term contract for a Worcestershire based business. The Financial Accountant will support the Finance Manager to ensure the delivery of my clients statutory accounts and month end reporting cycle.
Duties will include:
- To assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
- Dealing with the Group's external and internal auditors in relation to accounting and audit issues
- Make decisions relating to individual financial issues, identify any issues at an early stage and propose solutions to ensure that the Group remains in the best financial position possible
- Contribute to any other finance based projects as required
The ideal candidate will require the following:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience
- Practical experience of statutory accounts preparation
- Strong Excel skills
- Be available immediately or at short notice
- Able to commit to the full 12 month term of the assignment
