Property/Client Accountant

A recognisable brand that has recently enjoyed the success of expansion is currently looking for a Property Accountant to join its team in London.

Responsibilities include:
*Responsibility for treasury and Cash Management.
*Property and construction background an advantage but not essential
*Customer focus skills is essential in this role
*Commercial responsibility
*Reconciliation and service charge accounting

You will be a qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA and must have strong communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.

Experience with Excel up to advanced level and strong knowledge of accounting packages.
