This role requires a confident communicator to work closely with budget holders to provide financial support and advice to budget holders.
Client Details
My client is a major employer based in central Exeter within the NHS sector.
Description
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Support the Senior Management Accountants across the divisions on complex budgetary and staffing issues.
- Monitor the divisions expense, income and activity against budgets. Dealing with financial queries.
- Analyse and investigate variances, interpret results to produce monthly financial reports.
- Analyse complex problems relating to business cases where there is a reallocation of finances
- Monitor income against both budgets and contracts
- Monitor SLA agreements
- Update reports on the system
- Design and format spreadsheets
Profile
The ideal candidate will be either AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA/CIMA with previous management accounting experience.
