Semi Senior

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a well established and stable Accountancy Practice in Rotherham. They are currently seeking an individual who already has a background in professional practice and looking to progress their career with a respectable firm. You will be ideally AAT Qualified or currently studying towards ACA or ACCA with a view to eventually becoming fully qualified.

Reporting into one of the firm's partners, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective and timely production of accounts for a range of clients as well day to day running of the ledgers.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the production of accounts for a range of clients including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
-Purchase and Sales Ledger
-Updating cashbooks
- VAT Returns
- Posting journals
- Account reconciliations
-Assisting with month end processes and producing monthly reports

To be successful you MUST have the following skills and attributes:

- At least 3 years relevant experience in accounts
- AAT Qualified/ Part Qualified ACA/ACCA
- Flexible approach to work
- Good attention to detail
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
