Our Client, an ever-growing, nationally recognised FTSE 250 retail company are looking to source a driven, top calibre Senior Finance Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This company is well-known for rewarding its talented, hard-working individuals and provide fast track progression for outstanding employees. Key Responsibilities:
-Forecasting sales volumes and margins by working closely with the operations team to produce a sales and margin profile
-Present at weekly trading meetings and challenging performance against targets
-Produce monthly revenue forecasts for cashflow reporting understanding the key drivers of movements
-Lead and develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
-Provide support and assistance in the preparation of analysis during budget cycles
-Provide regular reporting and Finance support for Commercial initiatives as required
-Manage a small team of 1-2 junior analysts
-Act as a finance business partner by developing meaningful relationships with the operations and sales team as well as the senior management team

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with good A-level results and a 2:1 degree or above
-CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (All first time passes) with at least one year PQE
-Candidates will have experience in a large/blue chip organisation (Retail/Leisure highly desirable)
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills working with large datasets with a strategical mindset
-Presentation skills and confident in building relationships with business partners
