Our client, a rapidly growing global telecoms company, is seeking to connect with a high-calibre experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function whilst providing much needed commercial support to positively contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the company's finance function whilst ensuring best practice is in place
- Leading, developing and building a Finance team capable of supporting a fast paced evolving business on a global basis
- Providing much needed commercial and business support to the MD
- Managing and leading process improvement
- Providing support to the MD on M&A and Investment activities
- Contributing to the development and execution of the business strategy
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Currently operating at a Finance Director level
- Natural leader with experience in building and developing a first-class Finance team
- International blue chip experience essential
- Commercially strong and able to challenge the MD and the Group
- Intellectual, solid communication skills, team player
