Commercial Finance Manager - Job Summary

The person will partner cross-functionally with international teams in order to support all commercial activities – examples include tender support, pricing, planning, modelling, financial processes and metrics. The position will be a key member of the finance leadership team. 

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide commercial finance leadership for the company’s international businesses
• Oversight and support for all bids, working in tandem with the bid management team
• Analyse / Create P&Ls for products, contracts and customers
• Responsible for pricing analysis, working with global and local teams
• Assist with Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs), working with the global Growth team and Human Resources from plan development, implementation through to payments
• Development of key performance indicators
• Simplification of  commercial finance processes including efficient use of systems (Peoplesoft, ESSBASE)
• Ad hoc work as required

Commercial Finance Manager - requirements/experience/skills and abilities

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post qualification experience
• Excellent Modelling skills
• Bid, Pricing and Leadership experience are essential
• Fluent in English
• US GAAP experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
