Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Group Financial Reporting your role with be varied and hands on.
The primary aspect of this role will be to provide group wide financial reporting to help deliver the financial and strategic objectives of the business.

Main job duties will include preparation of statutory accounts and regular financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of all financial records to meet reporting deadlines and manage processes as detailed within the finance calendar. Furthermore you will provide financial support, ad hoc analysis and meet project requirements across the Group as well as supporting with systems improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant who demonstrates a driven and ambitious approach. Applications will be considered both from candidates who have trained within practice as a Chartered Accountant with some post qualification experience gained working in industry as well as those who have a proven track record of financial reporting gained working within a large corporate organisation.
Of more importance is the ability to work within cross-functional teams and the ability to build robust relationships at all levels across the business.
