German Credit Controller

A Hospitality company based in Central London requires a German Speaking Credit Controller to join their Finance Team. You will be joining a professional environment for a company leading in the field in which it operates in. The role will be target driven requiring a motivated candidate.

Role responsibilities -

• Chasing debtors
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Liaise with Sales/Account Management Teams to resolve queries
• Reduction of DSO with particular focus on accounts 30-60 days overdue
• Maintain accurate and up to date client details and account records
• Monitor overdue payments by the use of spreadsheets, anticipate developments and identify accounts which require special attention
• Cash allocation and raising Credit Notes
• Posting cheque payments to the bank
• Sending copy invoices and statements
• Involved in the monthly production and distribution of invoices
• Investigate client's queries
• Handle disputed accounts and negotiate settlement plans
• Other ad hoc duties

Candidate Requirements -

• The sucessful candidate MUST be fluent in German
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Good level of excel knowledge i.e. Pivot Tables, VLookup
• Strong organisational Skills
