The Company
Brewster Pratap are working with a small/medium sized retail business based in Rotherham who are looking to recruit for a Management Accountant
The Job
This job is a no 1 role in finance and will report to the Managing Director. You will produce the monthly management accounts and supervise the smooth running of the accounts department
- Production of month end accounts
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial information
- Preparation of MI reports for senior management
- Production of weekly and monthly sales analysis reports
- First point of call for ad-hoc sales analysis and financial information
- Assistance in the production of annual budgets
- VAT returns
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Year end reporting
- Ad hoc tasks
The Person
Qualified or qualified by experience accountant with previous experience in a similar role in a small/medium sized business.
