Finance Business Partner / FP&A

Due to growth that will see the business double in size over the next 12 to 18 Months my sales and distribution client is recruiting an FP&A / Finance Business Partner to drive profit, maximise future opportunities and keep risk to a minimum.

Reporting to the Financial Director and working with the management team the FP&A / Finance Business Partner will be tasked to gain a strong understanding of the business and current working practices and then implement quality analysis tools and models to assist forward thinking decision support including: Margin and cost performance, pricing models, introduction of KPI's, new product introduction, supplier rebates, distribution performance, budgeting and forecasting and ongoing project work.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant, CIMA, ACCA or ACA with strong Excel skills and the ability to create and build the tools required to provide transparency around current and future financial performance.

This requires a commercially thinking candidate looking for a challenge within a fast-growing and forward thinking business with a strong product portfolio.
