Project Accountant

A leading privately owned company has an immediate requirement for a Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Project Accountant to assist with a process and controls project relating to all SAO taxes

Key responsibilities
* Mapping of processes across all SAO taxes (VAT, Employer Taxes, Corp Tax & Stamp Duty)
* Assisting review of the controls in place and how these can be improved
* Liaising with other areas of the business such as HR, Fleet to ensure all aspects of Tax compliance is captured
* Setting up processes to monitor and review controls in the future to ensure they are adequate & compliance exists

Experience
* Specific SAO set up not required, (but would be advantageous), however a good understanding of Tax control/processes is required (possibly within an existing SAO structure)
* Good knowledge of VAT & Employer Taxes
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Tax Qualification
* Organised & structured approach required
