Finance Business Partner

A global FMCG household brand are seeking a Finance Business Partner on a 3 month Interim basis with a strong chance of being extended further.

* To co-ordinate the annual impairment review globally all stores comparing cashflows against assets in conjunction with markets and external auditors.
* This includes significant financial modeling, agreement of assumptions and key judgements, obtaining inputs from markets and challenging financial predictions and presenting results to senior management and to external audit.
* Prepare and provide insight to country General Managers on stores which are performing/not-performing and identify stores at risk of impairment for commercial focus.
* Own and publish the company dashboard on a monthly basis and present impairment results and issues to senior management..
* Perform regularly review of Cost Per Point and expected redemption rate of points by customers based on Siebel data and agree changes with markets.
* Act as a business partner to CRM team and advise from a financial perspective on new scheme launches.
* Magnitude reporting on a quarterly basis and reconciling to SAP.

* Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience of IFRS
* Proven experience of financial modelling
* Ability to influence and guide key stakeholders
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007. Advanced level excel essential
* Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to resolve problems with a resilient disposition and escalate, as required
* Sound communication and negotiation skills
