Reporting in to Finance Director the duties of the Finance Business Partner will be the following; business partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders with the ability to challenge and influence assertively and cooperatively. Working across the wider business you will provide strategic ways of cost cutting and advising budget holders where to save and the impact it will have. Put in place a new business partnering model to help communicate with each key stakeholder on a monthly basis to discuss the management accounts pack. Implement new controls and procedures using your initiative to improve the current financial reporting process.
The successful candidate will be part qualified or qualified accountant. You will be a strong minded individual who has the ability to build rapport as well challenge non-finance people as this is a huge part of the role. You must be able to work under pressure and be able to provide concise financial information to all levels across the organisation.
