Finance Business Partner needed for global Telco business in Berkshire!
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Investigo is currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a well known Telco business in Berkshire to join an established brand and finance organisation with excellent career progression opportunities. This role reports into the Senior Finance Manager and exists within the Group Support Functions Finance Business Partner team which supports central Group teams (Finance, HR, Legal etc) in the management of budgets and headcount.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive effective financial control processes, insightful financial planning and value oriented support to the business.
- Provide financial expertise to drive the best decisions, maximising the return on resources and investment.
- Pivotal role working across all finance streams including Finance Operations, Group & Common Functions FP&A and other Finance Decision Support to ensure a world class financial service is provided to their customers.
- Deliver accurate and timely forecasts for the operating and capital expenditure for a number of Corporate functions.
- Take financial responsibility for certain Corporate Functions areas on Group led cost saving initiatives and drive accountability into the business to ensure a successful and targeted outcome.
- Reviews current processes, makes recommendations for improvements and ensures that these are fully implemented.
Key requirements:
- University Graduate
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with 1-3 years post qualification experience in a large multinational
- Must have experience of Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management
- Ability to understand complex detail and present this in a simple and effective way
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential
- Telecoms industry experience would be desirable but is not essential
