Commercial Financial Controller

Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a world leading organisation and a household name who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller - Commercial to support the Head of Finance. This is an excellent role that can offer genuine progression in a fantastic organisation. Key areas of responsibility will include:

*Leadership of a team of 8 Analysts providing business partnering to Sales and Marketing

* Finance Lead on a cross-functional Business Team

*Part of the Senior Finance team, ensuring robust budgeting / forecasting / reporting, strong controls and driving performance in profit and working capital

*Part of the Senior Commercial Team, helping shape and deliver the Sales strategy

*Support the Commercial Director in defining and delivering the Commercial strategies for the business

*Lead the commercial forecasting and budgeting processes, providing insight & challenge and ensuring a clear understanding of performance drivers, risks & opportunities

You will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in a senior commercial finance role from a complex, multinational organisation. The organisation is going through a period of change so it is essential that you are proactive and react to changing priorities quickly.
