CFO

Aston Murray is currently recruiting a CFO for an AIM listed software company with ambitious buy-and-build growth plans based in the Heathrow area.

This CFO role will be responsible for; strategy & planning; stakeholder management (banks, investors, auditors and NOMAD); financial & management reporting; financial performance & efficiency; financial control & compliance; risk management; and developing and nurturing a strong company culture.

The successful candidate will be data driven with strong leadership skills and be decisive. Excellent communication skills are a given as is an ability to build rapport quickly.

You must be a qualified accountant to be considered for this role. Prior experience of working within a software company is essential and experience of working within a Plc environment is desirable though not essential. Finally, a solid technical accounting background combined with M&A and investor relations experience is also essential.

This is a truly commercial role that is crucial for the business to achieve the next stage of its growth whilst going through significant change. Successful implementation of the corporate strategy and growth goals will be well rewarded.

This CFO position is paying £120K - £150K depending on experience plus bonus, benefits and equity.
