Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

We are working with a Private Equity backed technology business based in Manchester to appoint a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where you will be working closely with the CFO. The purpose of the role will be to work closely with the CFO to assist in growing the business through acquisitions. A key aspect of this role will be to create, maintain and develop an M&A business plan model that will enable the business to assess new opportunities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to maintain the businesses annual budgets and the risk and due diligence around commercial deals.

We are looking for a commercial focused individual who has worked within M&A within the big 4 or who has experience of working in a PE backed businesses. Financial modelling experience would be a distinct advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly a highly acquisitive private equity backed business.
