FINANCE DIRECTOR

They have ambitious growth plans, so as the FD you will be pivotal in setting up the business and strategy plans to make sure targets are hit and drive growth and profitability.

You will have the autonomy to make the role your own and implement anything and everything you see fit.

You will be involved in client pitches and be a key player in negotiating contracts rate cards and dealing with procurement.

Opportunity to develop into a Global Finance Director/CFO as the Agency expands.

The role:

• Support the founders and MD with strategy
• Recruit and develop the finance team
• Providing strategy and consultative knowledge and advice to finance and non finance teams
• Implementing policies
• Preparing and analysing budgets and forecasts
• Adding commercial value and analysis

The Person:

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Experience in a similar role
• Ideally from a Marketing services group (WPP/Omnicom/Havas/Publicis)
• Ambitious and driven
• Self motivated
• Entrepreneurial and a natural commercial thinker
• Hands on approach
