Business Intelligence Analyst

This role within a fast paced, highly acquisitive private equity company would be contributing to developing the implementation of Business Intelligence systems and processes to deliver high quality Management Information and Analytics to support the growth of Group

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the effective use of Business Intelligence through high level stakeholder engagement, providing insight and driving change to promote the use of BI and a more data driven approach to decision making.
• Design and implement innovative and compelling reports, dashboards, visualisations and models to measure KPIs and support effective decision making
• Become the source of knowledge (SME-Subject Matter Expert) in relevant functional areas of source systems, business processes and BI tools
• Gather, analyse and document reporting requirements and business processes
• Drive a better understanding of the value of data with the stakeholders and users and contribute to improvements in data management and data quality

The ideal candidate for this role must have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Excellent academics – degree educated
• Passion for handling, analysing and interpreting large, complex data sets
• Commercially driven with sound understanding of the business and excellent analytical and systems skills incl. SAP Business Objects (or similar BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.), MS Excel, VBA and SQL
