Commercial Finance Analyst

An exciting newly created role as Commercial Analyst will play a pivotal part in a new strategy to better integrate all consumer platforms (Retail, E-Commerce, Directory, Telephony) more and to drive customer growth and footfall. A strong FP&A, financial modelling and systems background in order to extract and manipulate data is a strong requirement for this role as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. Reporting directly into the Finance Director an outline of some your duties will include: pushing and driving growth across the retail portfolio; market / product campaign analysis; analysis of existing product offerings, promotion campaign review, drive product launches and MI/analysis around them; performance trend review and reporting; reporting and interpreting success and non success factors and driving change in those areas as required.

This newly created role has huge scope and is looking for someone to come in with ideas and real can-do attitude to bring together various stakeholders in finance and across the core divisions. A qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) is preferred however not essential - exposure in a strong commercial finance / Financial planning & Analysis type role is very much preferred, with strong analysis and financial modelling experience. FMCG / Retail / Multi-site / Leisure and similar fast paced consumer type environments are preferred.
