PERMANENT £28-30K FINANCE MANAGER ROLE IN BIRMINGHAM

Hays are working with a leading organisation based in Birmingham to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis to join the wider finance team.

Your new role
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, maintaining the day to day transnational finance including purchase, sales, cashbook and nominal ledger. In addition to this you will be required to supervise the finance team on a day to day basis ensuring tight deadlines are met. You will also design and deliver effective financial processes and procedures to ensure effective financial
control including the development, training and administration of automated systems. You will assist the Head of Finance in the annual budgetary processes and the production of other financial information which may be required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either be part qualified (at least AAT) or be working towards a recognised accounting qualification.
