Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger
Birmingham Business Park, Solihull
Salary £19,894 per annum, increasing to £20,941 per annum after 12 months in post.
Permanent, 35 hours per week

They are currently seeking a Finance Assistant – Purchase ledger on a permanent basis to join them at their Head office at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull.
 
You will be based within the Finance team and will assist in the accurate and efficient processing of purchase ledger documentation and prompt payment to suppliers and contractors.
 
Other duties will include setting up and amending supplier details, assisting in regular supplier statement reconciliations and also in the administration of CIS records for all Group companies. You will also help the Senior Finance Officer - Purchase ledger to maintain a database of utility bills for schemes, new properties, void properties and offices you will also provide flexible support to all finance colleagues where necessary.
 
The successful candidate will be educated with 5 GCSE’s or equivalent (including maths) grade C or above along with experience of working within a finance department. Up to date knowledge and understanding of financial regulations and changes to legislative requirements and also experience of financial and Microsoft software packages are essential.
