Finance Manager

My Maidstone based client, who are part of a large international group, are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Although this role will ideally be recruited on a Full Time basis, consideration will be given to Part Time working, you must be available to work 5 days per week. This would therefore suit someone wanting to work around school hours, for example.

In this role you will be responsible for the full control and completion of management accounting for one large business unit, and be responsible for managing a small, competent transactional finance team.

You must have previous management experience and possess the drive and ability to mentor and develop an established team.
You must have an inquisitive mind and the drive and desire to analyse existing processes and systems and recommend/implement improvements.

This is an exciting time to join this business as there are a number of projects taking place, in this role you will play a pivotal part in them.
